2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

In January 2010, the Newport City Council approved the 2030 Comprehensive Plan for submission to the Metropolitan Council. The Comprehensive Plan lays out long-term plans for land use, housing, economic development / redevelopment, transportation, parks, open space, trails, public facilities, surface water, water supply, and sanitary sewer.
