Notice of Public Hearing for a Planned Unit Development Concept Plan Review
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Newport will be holding a public hearing at the City Council Chambers at 2060 1st Avenue, Newport, MN 55055 on April 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to receive comments on a proposed Planned Unit Development Concept Plan application submitted by Twin Cities Land Development for a 126 unit residential subdivision including parcels (PID) 36.028.22.44.0001 and 36.028.22.44.0002 (addressed 605 Century Ave.). Flexibility to City standards will be requested by the proposed development, which is to be called Cherrywood.
